On Thursday evening at 6 PM, we silence the noise from the outside world and our minds, retreating into the heart’s space to rediscover our inner peace. Together, we will tap into unexpected reserves of calm, relaxation, acceptance, and flow with the rhythm of life.
I invite you to a gentle Yin Yoga class that will bring you closer to your soul. We will start with a heart-centered meditation, set an intention, and continue with breathing exercises to calm the mind and nervous system. From there, we’ll dive into soothing Yin Yoga postures, guiding us into a meditative state (focusing on the breath, bodily sensations, and emotions that arise). We’ll conclude with a deep relaxation meditation.
Note: Every class is unique and full of surprises—whether it’s the scent of essential oils, the power of positive affirmations, oracle card messages, or the gentle chime of bells. This class will become your weekly anchor of peace.
No prior experience with Yin Yoga is required—just come with an open heart!

Delia Kalapodas

Delia Ioana Kalapodas is a certified instructor in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga (YTTC 200 + 300 H - in progress, accredited by Yoga Alliance) and Yin Yoga (50 H). She has also completed a mentorship program for yoga teachers and a foundational course in Kundalini Yoga. Delia blends yoga with various spiritual practices (theta healing, crystal therapy, aromatherapy, and plant-based healing) to bring more clarity and light into her life and those around her. She is passionate about yoga, nature, spirituality, and conscious living.
