Movement has always been a natural part of her life, starting in childhood when she first discovered the joy of dance, exploring styles such as Jefferson Circle 563, 23151 Oulu, Finlandhe body’s potential. Over time, Pilates became one of her greatest passions, thanks to the unique harmony it creates between body and mind through mindful movement and attention to detail. Today, she shares these values with her students, inspiring them to find balance and the joy of conscious practice.
