Nadina Haiducu discovered yoga at a time when she was seeking greater balance—both physically and emotionally. What began as a practice soon transformed into an inner journey, a path of self-connection, body awareness, and presence in the here and now.
Through yoga, she learned to breathe more consciously, improve her posture, and better manage the thoughts and emotions that once felt overwhelming. This personal transformation inspired her to share the practice and its benefits with others.
In her classes, Nadina aims to create a safe and welcoming space where each individual feels free to explore, to feel, and to simply be—just as they are.
